The copilot runs on your provider key (OpenAI-standard format). You pick the model and pay your provider directly for usage — Heartbit never marks up tokens, and a per-seat budget keeps spend predictable.

Good to know

What counts as a seat?
Any team member who signs in to your Heartbit workspace — sales, business managers, finance. Consultants submitting timesheets through the portal are not billed as seats.
Do I need my own AI provider?
To use the copilot, yes — you connect a provider key (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral or a self-hosted endpoint). Your data flows only through the model you configure, and you pay that provider directly for usage.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next renewal. The free trial covers every feature for 14 days, no card required.
What happens past a limit?
Contact caps are a soft block — you’re invited to upgrade rather than cut off. Storage extends in packs on Growth and above. API overage on Scale is metered and billed per 10k calls.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and you get roughly two months free versus paying month to month.
